EfficientLab offers a type of human resources software that is a bit out of the ordinary. Work Examiner helps companies to carefully monitor and manage the personal computer use by employees. As you probably know, this is a huge problem in today’s work environment. Companies large and small are losing hundreds of thousands of dollars per year due to employees concentrating more on personal tasks and less on work. But with Work Examiner, this is no longer as big a problem.
Generally speaking, this software solution reports anything and everything that an employee does on his or her computer. This includes everything from the programs that are opened to the websites that are visited. Another nice feature of this software is the ability to track how much time is spent working, and how much time a computer is sitting idle.
Perhaps, the nicest feature of Work Examiner is that it will not interfere with employees in any way, shape, or form.
Work Examiner is a great way for companies to keep a close watch on what employees are doing at their computer. And unfortunately for employees, this type of software can get them in a lot of trouble if they are not careful about personal usage.
