Oracle, the world’s largest enterprise software company, has entered into a partnership with China TransInfo Technology Corp. China TransInfo specializes in geographic information systems technology within China’s transportation industry.
The partnership will benefit both companies in a number of different ways. First and foremost, Oracle will supply China TransInfo with their products and services at a discounted price. To go along with this, they are also offering technical support in order to ensure successful implementation.
Perhaps, the most intriguing feature of the partnership is that both companies have agreed to hold conferences to discuss future projects on which they can partner. Shudong Xia, CEO of China TransInfo said, “Becoming a solution partner with Oracle will enable us to enhance both our product lines and level of service so as to better meet the needs of our customers.”
These types of partnerships are by far the best. They are mutually beneficial to both parties, and will give each company experience within a number of different industries. And of course, any future projects that are completed together will be an added bonus.
With the expertise and experience of both Oracle and China TransInfo, it is safe to say that this partnership will be a success from day one.
