ASM Technologies has agreed in terms to purchase United States based Enterprise Software Resources. This all cash deal is sure to help ASM to better establish themselves within the ultra competitive enterprise software industry.
For the past decade, Enterprise Software Resources has been providing large companies with enterprise solutions. Just a few of their biggest clients include: National Gypsum, AGA Gas, Pacific Coast, Vera Bradley, Owens Corning, and DTE Energy.
Rabindra Srikantan of ASM Technologies said, “Enterprise Software Resources with their high-end consulting is a strategic fit for ASM.”
Although the terms of the deal were not released, it is safe to say that Enterprise Software Resources is making out quite well. Since beginning to offer their services more than 10 years ago, the company has been moving in the right direction which is evident by the many Fortune 500 companies that they work with.
Although ASM Technologies will be taking over day to day operations, some key players from Enterprise Software Resources are staying on board to continue to guide things along the right path.
